Job DescriptionAssistant Director of Community and Family Support Services (Boylston) - The successful candidate will collaborate with the Director of Community and Family Support Services for overall management and support of the CFSS Division. Facilitate the integrity of the family while ensuring the safety of all family members. The qualifying candidate will provide oversight of Hourly Respite Services, Community Classroom and Individual Supports including supervision of coordinators, utilization monitoring, maintenance of quality assurance practices along with program development. The Assistant Director will also act as a liaison to funding sources as designated by the Director, and ensure that all services are implemented in adherence to agency policies. The Assistant Director will also monitor referral data, and work with program staff to maintain proper documentation and records.

Qualifications include Master Degree in Human Services related field preferred. Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years experience working with children, adolescents, families and at risk youth may be substituted. Experience in supervision, administration, budgeting and personnel management is preferred. The ability to speak fluent Spanish is also preferred.
